Andrew and Ashley did such nice jobs in the ward primary program. Andrew had his part well memorized and sang all the songs, (I didn't even know he knew them all) and smiled too. This was Ashley's first program and she was given a very long scripture to recite. She had memorized much of it but, there were a lot of words or sounds that are hard for her to say at all. She stole the show when it was her turn; partly because of her cute chipmunk voice and mainly because when she got to the word "prepare" it was whispered to her and she pulled her signature pirate face and then said the word prepare 3 times, in a questioning tone, as if she'd never heard that word in her life. I wish we had it on video, it was darling and so her. We are proud of the kids. More importantly we hope they are learning and understand the important truths they said and sang.
