Handsome Andrew refuses to wear buttons...except to Church and on picture day. This handsome little man is in first grade. He is a dream.
His teacher is Mrs. Baxter, who we have heard all raving reviews about. We feel lucky that he is in a great class.
Beautiful Ashley's picture turned out blurry and with a half smile but, it doesn't matter because Ashley is a sweet, happy, kind, friendly, adventurous, loving girl, even if she isn't showing her big pretty smile.
Ashley's grade is very small. Instead of having 4 kindergarten classes like every grade proceeding hers, they only have enough kids for 2 classes. Ashley is in the morning class with nearly all boys (and afternoon class has few boys). Luckily, she has always played so well with boys and is friendly and fun no matter what the circumstance. Her teacher is Mrs. Larson and we are excited for her to have a fun year learning to read.
