I was soo sad to send my kids back to school after the long Christmas Break. The hustle of homework and bedtimes and lessons is just a bummer...and even though they fight, when they're gone, I miss them and our adventures.
But, I sent them anyway. Ashley's dance has parent observation day at the beginning and end of each semester and it is a fun excuse to snap a couple pictures. She loves her dance class!
Ashley had a great time at dance that day but, she didn't seem at her best. Soon she wasn't feeling great and at home she fell asleep with a heating pad for nearly 3 hours. The next day she was good as new again!
Hailey felt fine but, managed to fall asleep cuddled up to a lamp behind the couch. Where she will take her nap is a surprise each day but, she always has her beloved Blanken.

After a bust of a ski day (seriously ferocious winds) the kids found a better way to be in the snow.
Andrew, Ashley and cousin Lizzie sledded down our patio steps over and over again. It was so funny!
Backyard Playdate friends. Andrew and Ashley are lucky to have so many fun friends, and a fun mom (if I do say so myself) who is always up for lots of play dates. This day Andrew had Ty, Carson and Matt, Ashley had Lily and Oliver and Hailey had Violet. Hailey is so excited to go to other peoples' houses for play dates but, lately at our house she has been pretty grumpy during some (so she isn't even in this picture).
