Walking, Ballet, Skiing, Tumbling and BDay

Look who's so big! Hailey took her sweet time but, she finally decided to walk full time. She was officially walking at 17 months plus a couple days, that's after 12 months of crawling! Yes, she started crawling at 5 months but didn't walk until an entire year later!

 I always love when my kids begin walking, it makes them so happy! 

 And so worn out too! 

Ashley is in Ballet at a new studio for us this year. It's really close by and she is with a friend from the neighborhood. She is so cute in dance, I just love it. Here she is ready to go. 

Andrew took ski lessons at Brighton for 4 weeks in January through his preschool. It has been so awesome. He has been skiing many times before but, learned so much more and faster in these lessons. He loves to ski and his teachers were great. I took him skiing the next week with my brother and his bigger kids and Andrew was not just keeping up but, was scaring me to death; he could handle anything and isn't scared even a bit. He is great and skiing with him is a thrill. 

Andrew and Ashley are taking a little tumbling class at Skyline. It is simple and they like it. Andrew remembers his old Little Gym class as the 'colorful gymnastics' and this class as the not colorful gymnastics. The classes are held in old rickety Skyline High (where my kids will someday go), it's definitely no Little Gym but, the price is no where near that either. 

 Andrew's goal in each and every drill is to finish first and fastest. He is so funny. 

 These two fight like cats and dogs at home but, they are also great friends. We signed up for this class alone, without friends, and so they really stick together. Look how close they are sitting! I love to see Andrew watch out for Ashley and to watch Ashley follow his every move. 

Happy Birthday and Valentine's Day too. Dave turned 32 on the 13th! We got to go out that night, just the two of us, wahoo! Then we spent Valentine's partying at home with our kiddos. I love Dave so much and he still keeps me laughing all the time too! Happy BDay and VDay sweets!
