Dave's sister and her husband went on a short trip this past weekend. While they were gone we had their 4 kids for 2 days. It was super fun for everyone (except maybe their youngest, Will. He is almost 3 and missed his mom). Even though it didn't make me want to have 7 kids, it was fun and pretty easy really, and it sure made our house feel calm and quiet once they left.

We took all the kids sledding one day which was a hit. Joe and Andrew were absolute crazy men on the jumps. Callie is always cheerful and helpful. Lizzie was terrified but, warmed up, tried it, and loved it. Ashley's always so brave and loved it but, she also had an ear infection slowing her down so Dave took her home early for a nap. Will didn't want to sled but, let me take him once. When we got to the bottom he said "That not fun", so hilarious. Hailey liked being in the snow but, then she needed to go home with Ashley for a nap.

Come on, you don't want 7 kids? Seriously, I can't imagine having 7 kids. You are sweet to babysit--it's so nice to get away once in a while!
