First Half of February

Nathan is still sleeping in our bed and Katie is still in her crib. We need to get her into her toddler bed and thought we'd give it a try. We put the bed right next to Ashley and Hailey and they were so excited to have a new roommate. But, she was so wild and crazy that the excitement wore off quickly. She ran the halls the first two nights and then finally slept the third night but woke up way too early. Since then she has slept in her crib every night and nap, and the toddler bed is empty. Who knows when I'll be up for trying again. Her three older siblings all climbed out of the crib by now so it made sense to move them but, she doesn't even think about climbing out and sleeps so well.

Hip Hip Hooray for the 100th Day of School. At Upland Terrace the first graders dress up like 100 year olds. Ashley was so excited, and so cute.

Nathan started some rice cereal on February 8th, so about 4 1/2 months old. He hasn't been very impressed, even when we moved on to some vegetables and fruits. We give him a tiny bit each evening just to get him used to the idea. So far most of it ends up on his bib.

Out for a Sunday Family walk. Nathan travels in the front pack, chewing on it the whole way.

Pretty Kate

Hailey likes to pick out her own outfits each day and it's always fun.

4 1/2 months old. Sweet as can be. Happy, smiley boy.

When I sneak out of bed he sleeps a while on his own and always chooses his tummy.

Ready for Dance Class

Nate discovered his tongue and spent a week showing it off

Andrew finished up a super fun season of Jr. Jazz. Dave was the coach and his team was all fun friends. They won every game easily and everyone improved. I had the best time watching Andrew play. He did amazing!

The kids had a day off school and I took them for an early trip to the zoo.
I love Ashley's real Lion Mane!

Katie's first time on the carousel without crying!

Dave had a birthday! 35, Wahoo! Hailey is a professional present maker. She stuffed at least 15 gift bags full of treasures for Dave over and over for weeks . We had a great time watching him open them. That night we were supposed to go out but Andrew got the stomach flu at the last minute. He was better by the next day. It was ok, we just celebrated quietly and chalked it up to bad luck.
Andrew missed the fun while we decorated cakes and cupcakes.

Andrew, Nate and I stayed home while Dave took the three girls for his bday dinner Chinese food at Panda Express. It wasn't the plan but, ended up pretty fun, except for poor Andrew feeling sick.

3 crazy girls.

Valentine's Party Day at School. I was a helper in Andrew's class for his party. It was fun, as always. I try to go back and forth between their 2 classes for each party day. I don't have any pictures of the school day.

Hailey wore this outfit day after day, and just let me wash it so she could put it back on. She looked like the perfect Valentine.

Nathan on Valentines Day! Getting so big and strong.

Valentine's Weekend Church. Katie is so funny in these pictures.

So many cute looks at Ashley
