My sweet Ashley is growing up much, much too quickly
This Thanksgiving we did something we'd never done before; we went to my Dad's house for dinner with my family and didn't rush off to anywhere else. It was awesome. Since we were only going to one house it left us with all this free time. Double awesome. We went to the zoo in the morning and had such a great time. I hope we can make that a tradition while our kids are little. On Thanksgiving the zoo does Feast with the Beast. When Dave and I read that we thought it meant people were paying to eat their Thanksgiving Dinner at the zoo - gross. But, it just means the animals are given treats or interesting foods and it was fun because it made them very active. We hadn't been to the zoo since summer and this was our first trip when Kate was old enough to take notice. She was so interested in all the animals and it was so fun to see that for her.

After the zoo we ate a great Thanksgiving at Bob's, then went to the movie Frozen with the cousins. Thanksgiving is the best.
My identical baby girls...just the size is off.
Loving the seals
The lights at Temple Square. We went on a mild night during Thanksgiving weekend..along with the rest of Utah. It was busy but, hardly cold and lots of fun.
We also took a stroll through the Elves at Gardner Village
Dave's work party was at the Gorgoza Sledding Hill up Parley's Canyon again this year. We only took Andrew and Ashley. It was really, really, really fun but, I was so glad we didn't have the baby girls because it was just bitter cold. Andrew and Ashley were champions, going over and over on the big guy hills and never complaining about the cold.
