April 2018

Happy Easter Morning! It was also Conference Sunday. The kids had fun hunting for eggs. We also had Charlie while his family was traveling in Europe.

Bath Bombs are all the rage right now.
 Hailey the real Easter Bunny!

Grandma Suzanne came over to visit and to add some more treats.

We went to Nana's and Papa's for dinner and a walk to the H Rock. The kids love sliding down this front lawn hill on the way.

 Treasure Hunt ala Nana

The next day we went bowling. Andrew and Ashley brought friends and Hailey was at a friend's house.

The Upland Musical is coming up! It's Seussical Musical. The kids have 8am practices several days a week and after school practices as it gets closer. Hailey is the Sour Kangaroo Baby (the only 1st grader with a real part!), Ashley is a Bird Girl and Andrew is a Wickersham Brother. I helped at about one rehearsal a week plus I organized the cast party the week after the play. It was such a fantastic play and we were all so proud of the kids, and all of the kids, for such an awesome production!
Each child did a bio which was such a fun idea!

Fox 13 News came to showcase the play. The leads all got to be on TV for a quick second. They were excited!

Hailey's three solo singing lines were: "Humpff" "And I think so as well" and "Me too" at the very end of the play.

They each did wonderfully for each of the 3 performances! Way to go!
Cute Lauren was the Sour Kangaroo. She and Hailey were fast friends. I loved what she wrote...My favorite part of the play was "Meeting Hailey" What a sweet, talented girl!
Rainy soccer game for Katie, Edie and Wrenly

Hailey and June just before June's trip to the groomer. She was fluffy but, full of clumps and knots so she had to be shaved.

Katie after a day of preschool. She is working hard to learn to read and pass off books each day.
